Who we are

KP Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness was founded to bring together the best of modern psychiatry and integrative, functional medicine. As a board-certified Physician Associate with over 14 years of experience in psychiatry and addiction medicine, and advanced fellowship training in integrative psychiatry, Nelae Keene understands mental health care.

We will work in collaboration with you to develop personalized care plans to move beyond just symptom management to uncover and treat root causes of your concerns.

At this time, we are offering telemedicine services. You must be located in CA at the time of your appointment. In person appointments are available at our sister wellness center in Ladera Ranch, CA.

PA Keene has collaborated with Dr. Valeh Karimkhani since 2011 and they are happy to continue to work together to serve you.
